By creating an account or using Huki, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they explain your rights, how you can use the service, and who owns what you create.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Huki.
Acceptable use
Use Huki to create content for lawful purposes. Do not use it to generate content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive, or that impersonates a real person without their consent — this is especially important for the face-swap features.
What you create is yours
You own the scripts, hooks and posters you generate with Huki and may use them commercially. You are responsible for the product details, brand inputs and any reference media you provide, and for making sure you have the rights to use them.
Credits & payment
Paid features run on credits or subscriptions. Prices are shown in US Dollars ($). Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
Service availability
Huki is provided “as is”. We rely on third-party AI providers and may update, limit or pause features. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date.
