Refund policy.

Huki sells digital products — AI-generated scripts, posters and credit packs that are delivered instantly. This policy explains when a refund is possible and how to request one.

Digital goods are final

Because scripts, hooks and posters are generated and delivered the moment you pay, completed orders are generally non-refundable. The same applies to credits once they have been spent on a generation.

When we will refund

Technical failure — if a payment went through but we could not deliver your product (a generation that never completed, a broken download), we will re-deliver it or issue a full refund.

Double charge — if you were billed twice for the same order, we refund the duplicate in full.

Unused credits — credit packs that you have not spent can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Partially used packs are refunded for the unused balance.

How to request a refund

Email huki.ge.official@gmail.com with your order ID and a short description. We review every request within 2 business days and, when approved, refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Custom orders

Bespoke (custom) script orders are reviewed case by case. If we have not yet started work, you are entitled to a full refund. Once delivery has begun, refunds cover the portion not yet produced.
